A photo album the grandparents can actually use

Every family photo service claims to be grandparent-friendly. Then the setup call happens: which app store, which account, which password, why does it want notifications. If a service needs an hour of remote tech support before grandma sees the first photo, it has already failed at its one job.

What actually works for the least technical relative
