Write to us
hello@quietalbum.eu reaches the people who make QuietAlbum. We are a small team in Sweden and we read every mail ourselves; you will usually hear back within a working day. In the app, You → Talk to us sends the same mail with your account already known to us.
Signing in
- There is no password. Enter your email address and we send an 8-digit code. It works once and expires after a few minutes; ask for a new one if it has run out.
- No code arriving? Check the spam folder for a mail from hello@quietalbum.eu, and that the address is spelled the way you usually write it; a new address simply starts a new, empty account.
- Signed in on a phone you no longer have? Every signed-in device is listed under You → Devices; tap one to sign it out.
The plan
- Members never pay. One plan per account carries every album that account creates and everyone in them.
- The free month starts when you create your first album. After it, the albums become read-only until a plan is started; nothing is deleted. The prices are on the pricing page.
- Bought through the App Store or Google Play? Cancel or change it in your Apple or Google subscription settings; the store handles refunds under its own rules. Bought on the web? You → Your plan manages it, and you can cancel any time and keep the year you paid for.
Your pictures
- Originals are kept at full size and are yours: every picture can be downloaded as it was uploaded, and an album can be exported as a whole.
- Uploads carry on when you leave the app or lock the phone. Files over 25 MB wait for Wi‑Fi unless you allow mobile data under You → Uploads.
- Something you posted should not be there? Remove it from the picture's menu; its comments and reactions go with it. Only the person who posted and the album owner can remove a picture.
Deleting your account
Sign in on the web and open account deletion. It removes your account, the albums you own and every picture in them, at once and for good. Albums that others own, where you are a member, stay with them; your comments in them are removed. If you would rather we do it, write to us from the address on the account.
Privacy and terms
What we store and why is on the privacy page; the agreement is on the terms page. Questions about either: same address.
