Comparison
A Tinybeans alternative where one plan covers everyone
Tinybeans deserves credit - it showed millions of families that baby photos belong in a private journal, not on social media. The friction shows up at the subscription: Tinybeans+ covers the payer and can be shared with one other family member. Everyone else in the family uses the limited free tier, ads included.
Where families get frustrated
- The +1 model. Around $75 a year covers you and one relative - a family is bigger than two people.
- Ads on the free tier, which is where the grandparents usually end up.
- Upload limits on free accounts, felt exactly when there's the most to share.
- US-based service - fine for many, a real concern for European families who want their children's photos under EU law.
